AEG’s new Home Clean Home Guide and updated Spring product range

QX6

With lockdown restrictions easing, to help Brits Spring clean their homes for 2021, AEG has launched a new range of air purifiers and vacuum cleaners, and teamed up with ‘cleanfluencer’, Laura Mountford, aka @lauracleanaholic, to create the Home Clean Home guide.

Known for her clever cleaning tips and tricks, Laura is a trusted expert on making homes feel welcoming. The Home Clean Home guide helps to simplify the Spring Clean and break it down into easy steps, providing tips to clean, organise and refresh homes.

Alongside the new guide, AEG has introduced two new cordless vacuum cleaners and three new air purifiers – available now – to build out its existing AX and QX wellbeing product ranges.

The new Red Dot Award-winning QX vacuums, QX6 and QX7, are built with versatility in mind, all attachments sit onboard the vacuum, giving direct access to the light-weight handheld unit and accessories so you can quickly switch from cleaning floors, to counter-tops and reaching right up to ceilings.

The ergonomic full-tilt design means cleaning under furniture or those hard-to-reach places that are often overlooked or missed is easy. The vacuums are also designed for powerful cleaning for longer, without any loss of suction power as the dust bin fills up.

Meanwhile, the new air purifiers, which include the AX3 and the Red Dot and iF Design Award-winning AX5 and AX7 (this is launching next month), complement the existing AX9, with a 360-degree air flow system which is highly effective against common airborne irritants of fine particles, bacteria, pollutants and odours.

Quiet and built-in responsive technology continuously measures indoor air quality levels and adjusts the purification rate, to keep air optimally clean.

Laura Mountford commented: “Many of us are excited about the prospect of welcoming others back into our homes. There are many ways that we can prepare our spaces for guests, with cleaning being a key aspect. I was thrilled to partner with AEG to create a guide to make this a quick and fun process – that keeps everyone safe.”

Lisa Keogh, Head of Product Line Care and Wellbeing, Electrolux UK and Ireland, added: “At AEG, we set out to raise the benchmark in air purifiers and vacuums by striving for perfection in both form and function and this approach has allowed us to enable people to enjoy the latest technology, bespoke air purification and effortless cleaning with simple to use products that fit seamlessly into their homes.

“We are delighted to work with Laura Mountford in our Home Clean Home guide. We hope that this, combined with our new appliances, makes deep cleaning a lot easier and more enjoyable so everyone can feel confident their homes are ready for visitors.”
