Beko has unveiled its new 10 Year Parts Guarantee for selected appliances, offering consumers added peace of mind and reassurance when purchasing products.
Consumers will now be able to register selected Beko appliances for the 10 Year Beko Parts Guarantee in addition to any eligible Beko 1 or 2 Year Labour Guarantees.
The manufacturer said the introduction of this Guarantee reflects its confidence in the durability and quality of its appliances, providing customers with free Beko parts to repair registered products. In doing so, Beko is taking a small step forward to make repairing the products easier and more appealing, helping to minimise appliance waste and extend the life of products by encouraging customers to repair instead of repurchasing.
To support this launch, Beko has unveiled a refreshed product registration page. Using a vibrant, consumer friendly design, this eye catching and easy-to-navigate page spotlights the brand’s three product guarantees, allowing users to identify which guarantee they are eligible for with ease. The page is optimised for mobile, as well as tablet and desktop devices.
Beko has also invested in a retail activation plan to further amplify the launch of its new 10 Year Parts Guarantee. To support the end-to-end consumer purchase journey, retailers will have access to engaging POS materials, digital assets, and updated training materials. Beko will showcase the guarantee through social media, targeted email marketing, and a media campaign.
