ERT’s Turning Point Live! conference will return next week!

Taking place over four days from 9 – 12 February 2021, Turning Point Live! will be made up of a series of unique online webinars covering a variety of topics to help electrical retailers strive to be the very best in everything they do!

To reflect the current restrictions in place across the UK, attendees can still enjoy the webinars – which are free to attend and open to all – from the comfort of their own home.

Hosted by ERT Editor, Jack Cheeseman, Turning Point Live! will once again feature a number of topical presentations with a focus on both the current and future market trends after what has been an incredible year.

You will hear from industry experts on how they have helped companies successfully move into new areas and embraced today’s rapidly-changing technology, while electrical retailers will share their stories about how they have adapted to changing market conditions.

Wednesday 10 February 2021: Retail revival: How to embrace the uncertain year ahead

Daniel will be chatting with ERT Editor, Jack Cheeseman, about the coming year’s trends for retail and how to continue trading with social distancing measures still in place. They’ll be discussing how retailers can reach their customers in the absence of experiential events and promotions and how virtual engagement could be the answer to safer shopping during these uncertain times.

Thursday 11 February 2021: Selling fitted kitchens – is it for me?
