Say hello to yellow in your kitchen this year, says Bertazzoni

Colour trend forecaster, Pantone, is looking towards a brighter future and has named ‘yellow’ its Colour of the Year for 2021 – in the hopes of inspiring more promising times ahead.

In unison with Pantone’s other nomination, the colour grey, it said the colour scheme is sure to be a prevailing theme throughout the home in the coming year.

Bertazzoni offers its Professional Series of ovens in seven different shades, four of which are eye-catching hues of warming reds and oranges, as well as the bright yellow shade ‘Giallo’.

In line with Pantone’s Colour of the Year, ‘Giallo’ adds vibrancy and radiance to a contrasting white kitchen, especially when accessories are bought to match.

Inspired by the landscape of the Emilia-Romagna region – including the fruits and vegetables and the light of the sun and the moon, Bertazzoni’s designers transferred the natural colours of the scenery around them to its Professional Series of freestanding cookers.

Valentina Bertazzoni, Director of Style and Communication at Bertazzoni, said: “Pantone’s Colour of the Year is the perfect shade to associate with the promise of 2021, and it’s sure to be a prominent element in design across a variety of industries over the next year, especially homeware.

“It may seem daunting introducing colour into your home, but when added correctly, it can complement neutral tones whilst making its own statement.

“Combining a number of features of the same shade will promote the colour scheme further, or homeowners can use metallic finishes to add shine and glimmer to a room, whilst upholding a unique colour combination that will steal the show.”

Boasting one of the best-in-category capacities, flexibility and usability, the bespoke Professional Series provides a professional cooking performance for the consumer’s kitchen.

The collection’s distinctive style features elegant knobs, ergonomically designed handles, as well as state-of-the-art engineering.
