Morphy Richards has introduced a new stand mixer, designed to solve the problems of traditional, bulky alternatives.
The compact MixStar incorporates a number of features to allow hassle-free mixing. The open-top design and built-in dual blade scrapers mean there is no need to turn it off to add ingredients or move it out from under cupboards during a mix.
The MixStar offers a powerful 650watt motor, six operating speeds and a generous four litre working capacity, while a neat storage caddy for all the accessories sits within the bowl when not in use, making it less bulky than traditional appliances and giving it a smaller footprint. Its lower height enables it to fit more easily inside cupboards or on counter tops.
The MixStar includes two beaters, two whisks and a dual dough hook to cover a variety of uses and boasts a transparent splash guard with a built-in inlet with cover, to make it even easier to add liquids and ingredients without splashes. A digital count-up timer tracks mixing time, and even pauses when the user does.
