The latest floorstanding loudspeaker, Yvette, from Wilson Audio combines technologies derived from its top-end models in a more compact form.
According to the company, this is the most advanced and musically refined single-enclosure speaker in its history.
Yvette positions itself between the entry-level Sabrina and the best-selling Sasha W/P Series 2 range and carries a price tag of £28,880.
Its enclosure is built from well-damped and inert composites developed by Wilson, called X-Material and S-Material. Each speaker features three new-generation Wilson drive units – a 10in bass driver, a 7in midrange driver and the latest version of the Wilson Convergent Synergy Tweeter.
Yvette’s enclosure is also braced and precisely shaped for fully optimised time alignment of the drive units, which the company claims delivers unparalleled time coherence for a single-enclosure design.
