The ST20 is said to feature high-performance drivers. It is a three-way design based on two long-throw bass units, a wide band mid-range and a high-end dome tweeter.
The R20 shares technology with the ST20. It has a 25mm dome, which is a new development from T+A that it shares with its larger sibling. The 150mm long-throw bass unit from the R20 has been modified to reproduce the midrange.
From a design aspect, the Pulsar speakers feature a smooth baffle, devoid of corners or edges, meaning there are no screws or recesses that could disturb the sound dispersion or generate reflections.
The ST20 floorstanders are priced at £2,416 and the R20 bookshelf models at £1,166.
