The AVR-X1300W is described as the full-featured, home-cinema entry- level AVR. It has seven discrete amplifier channels, each providing 145 watts. It is also equipped with Dolby Atmos to deliver multidimensional sound through height speakers or Dolby Atmos elevation speakers.

For demanding yet price-conscious enthusiasts, the AVR-X2300W has a power amplifier with upgraded sound tuning and 150 watts per channel. It has a total of eight HDMI inputs and two HDMI outputs. The advanced video processor can upscale all HDMI sources, including DVD to 1080p or 4K UHD resolution.

The AVR-X3300W is the home-cinema centre for advanced users and has 180 watts per channel. The video engine can up-convert and transcode even old analogue sources to 4K UHD 50/60Hz resolution. The dual HDMI outputs support different programme sources and has a 7.2ch pre-out section, an RS232 port and flexible amp assignment options.

The AVR-X3300W will be available in August for a retail price of £749, while the AVR-X2300W (£499) and AVR-X1300W (£399) are available now.
