Chord Electronics unveiled its new Blu MkII, an upscaling CD transport, at this year’s CES.
The Blu MkII uses the Xilinx XC7A200T FPGA technology, with 740 DSP cores, to develop sophisticated filtering and upscaling algorithms that can output digital data at 705.6kHz. The Blu MkII will sell for a price of £7,995.
