The new range of multifunction single ovens from AEG feature SteamBake technology, which it claims is the secret weapon professional chefs have used for years.
Models include all of the functions of a multifunction oven, but the new range has been designed to accommodate a small quantity of water in the base of the oven, creating a humid atmosphere during the first 10 to 15 minutes of baking.
It is available from June with a price range of £399 to £499.
