Audio-Technica has introduced its most advanced pair of wireless noise-cancelling headphones, the ATH-ANC900BT.
Combining digital hybrid noise-cancelling technology with a high quality, powerful audio performance, these over-ear headphones allow personalisation of noise-cancelling levels to suit the wearer’s surroundings. Audio-Technica is also introducing two more affordable wireless noise-cancelling models, the over-ear ATH-ANC500BT and the in-ear ATH-ANC100BT.
The ATH-ANC900BT comes equipped with multiple microphones to monitor environment and provide a bespoke level of noise cancelling. Choose from three noise-cancelling modes, including airplane mode, or simply control the intensity via the dedicated free Audio-Technica Connect app for iOS and Android.
Featuring the latest low-energy Bluetooth 5.0 wireless technology, users can enjoy up to 35 hours of audio in both wireless and noise-cancelling modes from one charge.
Touch and swipe controls enable quick and easy management of music and calls, and holding your palm against the left housing for two seconds also activates the ambient hear-through function to listen to the world around you.
Designed in Tokyo and employing more than 55 years of audio expertise, the ATH-ANC900BT deliver Audio-Technica’s renowned signature sonics over a wireless connection. The 40mm drivers boast diamond-like carbon coated diaphragms, offering improved rigidity for a more accurate and dynamic audio performance, while music fans can hook up the headphones to a compatible portable digital audio players (DAP) or smartphone, using the supplied 1.2m cable, to experience hi-res audio on-the-move.
The noise-cancelling headphones come equipped with a USB charging cable and a handy airplane adapter, with a carry case and fold flat design to ensure the headphones are suited to life on-the-go. The ANC900BT also support Qualcomm aptX, AAC (compatible with Apple devices) and SBC audio codecs.

Lightweight and boasting a swivel flat design for easy portability, the ANC500BT’s 20 hour battery life from a single charge is ample time to relax on long flights.
Onboard 40mm drivers deliver a powerful audio performance over a Bluetooth 4.2 connection, while you can opt for a wired connection should the battery run low. The ATH-ANC500BT supports the SBC codec for wireless streaming of audio.
Audio-Technica ATH-ANC100BT
Sporting a lightweight and ultra-portable in-ear-design, this wireless model enables you to concentrate on your favourite tracks or simply shut out unwanted background noise through its powerful noise-cancelling technology. Onboard 12mm drivers deliver a dynamic and precise audio performance.
A 10-hour battery life ensures you have plenty of time to relax on flights, focus in the office or unwind at home and should the juice run low, you can continue listening to music via a wired connection (a USB to 3.5mm headphone jack cable is supplied).
An accessible control base clips easily on to clothes or bags to adjust volume, answer calls or control music on-the-move, while the headphones arrive with a variety of silicone eartips, including one pair of premium comply tips, for a comfortable and secure fit during longer listening sessions. The ATH-ANC100BT supports Bluetooth version 4.2 and the SBC codec for wireless streaming of audio.
