Incentive gift voucher for indies attending Exclusively Show

Independent retailers interested in visiting the Exclusively Show this year can take advantage of a generous package of incentives – including a £100 gift voucher.

The Show takes place at The Business Design Centre, Islington on 14-15 June.

The Exclusively £100 voucher can be used towards any single order with a minimum value of £300 minimum (net VAT), placed at the Show, and it will be accepted by all Exclusively exhibitors.

In addition, any independent SDA retailer, cookshop, gift shop or garden centre living over 50 miles from the show’s venue in Islington can claim travel expenses of up to £75.

Will Jones, Chair of Exclusively and CEO of BHETA, the industry trade association which owns the show, explained: “BHETA has a real commitment to helping all retailers make the most of the opportunity that Exclusively presents to the industry.

“We know that independent stores have had a tough time with closures through lockdowns and this incentive package is about helping them get back to attending events and face-to-face relationships with suppliers.”

Exclusively will see more than 130 exhibitors and 200 brands on show and it is a perfect opportunity for independents to check that their product choices and instore displays are ‘on the money’ in the years ahead.

Quite apart from a whole host of new products, there is the chance for all retailers to preview the key trends in colour, materials and products for this Christmas, 2023 and beyond.

Mr Jones went on: “Inspirational product displays, trend talks and tours from trend forecaster, Scarlet Opus, are hugely popular and it’s great to be able to make this ‘must see’ event super-accessible for everyone.”

And this year the popular Brand Showcase will return to welcome journalists, bloggers and influencers to the event, and organisers have said it will be bigger and better than ever.

Richard Watts, who curates the Showcase, said it will be filled with on-trend product that will not have been seen before, and this year they are increasing the quantity of items being displayed.
