Andy Facey, who is a veteran of the Bluestem Group Sales Team, has announced his retirement. Having started out with the company back in 2001, then Pik-a-Pak Electrical, Mr Facey has seen the evolvement of both the business and its brands over the years.

Now rebranded as Bluestem Group as of 2020, the company is home to brands Igenix, Statesman, Ewbank and Ariete, and offers a wide range of products in such categories as SDA, cooling, heating, cooking, refrigeration, laundry and floorcare.

With 21 years’ service dedicated to Bluestem Group, and over 38 years in the industry, Mr Facey has been looking after the South West, Gloucestershire and Coventry. He has always supported his customers in everything he does, championing independent retailers in the electrical sector.

As April draws to a close, he will hang up his iPad and badge. Taking over his area will be new recruit Iain Donnelly, who joined Bluestem recently and has been working alongside Mr Faecy this month, beginning to cultivate relationships with the company’s valued customers in the South West ready to take the reins in May.

After working a final trade show with him at Euronics Showcase 2022, the Sales Team would like to wish Mr Facey a long and happy retirement! Everyone at Bluestem Group would like to take this opportunity to express huge thanks for all his hard work over the years.

“We hope that retirement will give Andy much more time to enjoy the great outdoors and enjoy some peaceful fishing in the sunshine,” they said!
