Soul Queen, Mica Paris, is confirmed to kick off the TRIC Awards 2020 in style! With under two weeks to go, the final tables and tickets are getting booked up for this year’s glittering Awards on 10 March at Grosvenor House on Park Lane, London.
Mica Paris is one of the UK’s most respected female singers with a career full of worldwide top 10 hit singles and albums. She made her impact on the UK music scene in 1988 when she released her debut, platinum-selling album, ‘So Good’, from which she had her first top 10 hit, ‘My One Temptation’.
She has since collaborated with artists such as Prince and Jools Holland, before she turned to London’s West End stage. Ms Paris has also been a special guest of legendary artists such as Dionne Warwick and Michael Bolton.
Recent musical theatre credits include Sylvia in the UK tour of Love Me Tender, based on the music of Elvis, and Mama Morton in the UK Number one tour of Chicago.
Ms Paris is also about to release two tracks, produced by Guy Barker, to celebrate the centenary of Ella Fitzgerald’s birth.
