Leading indies to speak at ERT Awards

At this year’s ERT Awards, three leading retailers will share their views on the market and how to adapt your business to survive.

Highlighting ERT’s Turning Point campaign to revitalise the industry, Ed Griffiths, operations director of Purewell Electrical in Christchurch; Markus Wood, managing director of Avensys in Crawley; and Tim Moss, owner of Moss of Bath, will join ERT editor Sean Hannam on stage for a panel discussion, ahead of the prize-giving ceremony.

All three retailers are finalists in this year’s ERT Awards and past winners.

Said ERT editor Sean Hannam: “The ERT Awards are all about recognising and rewarding excellence in electrical retailing and this year we’ll be hearing from three successful independents who have invested in their businesses, made the most of new opportunities and adapted to meet the needs of the market. I’m looking forward to hearing them share their views on how to succeed in electrical retailing.”

This year’s ERT Awards are a celebration of 10 years of the event and will take place at lunchtime on Monday, September 25, at The Grand Connaught Rooms in London’s Covent Garden.
