Hisense expands UK team

Hisense UK has expanded its management team with Tim Clutton and Andrew Press joining its team.

Mr Clutton (pictured left) has been appointed national accounts manager and Andrew Press (pictured right) joins the company as key account manager.

The UK arm of the Chinese manufacturing giant Hisense said the appointments come at a time of “exciting growth” in the UK. It has also recently been named as the official CE partner of Uefa Euro 2016.

Howard Grindrod, deputy managing director of Hisense UK, said: “We are thrilled to have appointed two highly capable individuals in Andrew and Tim. Both bring a wealth of experience as well as huge knowledge of the marketplace. This is incredibly valuable to Hisense UK, especially during such a critical growth period. These two new team members can only make us stronger and more effective. The addition of two highly accomplished professionals is a huge positive as we continue to develop strongly in the UK market.”

Mr Clutton joins the company from Belkin, where he recently worked as business development manager. Working in various roles throughout his career, Mr Clutton brings a depth of knowledge within retail sales and mass merchants channels.

Mr Press brings over 10 years’ experience to his new role. He previously worked as an FMCG national account manager and has been responsible for some major accounts, including Tesco.
