Eureka Swan PowerPlush Vacuum Cleaner accredited by Good Housekeeping

The Eureka Swan PowerPlush Turbo Vacuum Cleaner from long-standing British brand, Swan, has gained the prestigious Good Housekeeping Institute Approved accreditation.

Receiving an incredibly high score of 93/100 in the Institute’s corded vacuum cleaner tests, which include ease of use, design, instructions and performance. The vacuum was also found to be one of the quietest models in the category, receiving the highest three-star rating from the UK Noise Abatement Society, Quiet Mark.

Products are only accredited with the Good Housekeeping Institute Approved status if they pass a rigorous consumer Quality Assessment test and not all products put forward for testing are successful.

Designed as part of Swan’s collaboration with North American vacuum cleaner manufacturer, Eureka, the PowerPlush Turbo is equipped with two interchangeable heads for a professional clean. Suitable for pet owners, the PowerPlush head impressively picks up hair and fur without clogging or tangling, while the Turbo head offers a deep clean for all carpets and hard floors. A washable HEPA filter is also on hand to capture dust particles and remove odours.

The Good Housekeeping Institute said: “We would recommend this vacuum to anyone looking for a fast and efficient way to clean their homes.”

Commenting on the brand’s achievement, David Foulstone, General Manager for Swan Products Ltd, added: “We are thrilled that the Eureka Swan PowerPlush has been accredited with this accolade from such a trusted authority. It is a testament to our commitment to offering, forward-thinking, design-led products that consumers can really trust.”
