Caple has launched a new Virtual Training Academy.
The online training platform is available to Caple customers, ranging from kitchen retailers and house builders to architects and interior designers, from starter to advanced level, to help them learn important brand and extensive product knowledge in the current climate.
Caple’s Marketing Manager, Alex Fuidge, explained: “We’re already renowned for hosting dedicated customer experience days at our luxury showroom in Bristol. So, we want to continue to give you all the support you need with the opportunity to benefit from expert virtual training at Caple.
“Every customer can expect to choose from a carefully curated collection of virtual Caple training sessions, which will operate via Zoom or Microsoft Teams.
“This new initiative, which has come as a result of current national lockdown restrictions, has led us to specifically design every course to suit a variety of individual needs. If you can’t find the right programme for you and your team, more help is at hand. We will be happy to design and create a bespoke training session for you.”
The new courses are as follows:
New Starter – 45 minutes at entry level;
Virtual Experience Day – 1-1.5 hours at advanced level;
Product Specific, eg. wine cabinets – 45 minutes at intermediate level;
Oven Range, Classic, Sense and Sense Premium – 1-1.5 hours at intermediate level;
Consumer Education – variable duration for customers who want to get the most out of their Caple products.
