Big changes at Big Red Sales
Big Red Sales has announced a number of changes to kick off 2017.
James Attfield (pictured), managing director of Turnstone AV, which is the UK distributor for Vogel’s AV brackets, has been appointed to the board of Big Red Sales with immediate effect.
Mr Attfield has been connected with Big Red Sales for the past seven years.
The company has also added two new recruits to its sales team, Michael Kinsella and Steve Hunter.
Mr Kinsella lives in Preston and will take over the north Wales and North-West territory. He boasts experience on both sides of the industry, having worked as an assistant manager in Dixons Retail for seven years. His most recent position was as national accounts manager for UK Warranty.
Mr Hunter brings 13 years’ sales and business development experience across the UK, USA, Europe, Middle East and Africa to his new role. He lives in Cuckfield, East Sussex and will be responsible for accounts in Berkshire, Surrey, Kent and East Sussex.
He has previously worked for a European music company and was responsible for sales of Tanglewood guitars to international distributors. He also worked for Fender for several years.
Big Red Sales founder John Reddington said: “We are delighted to appoint James to the board, where I am confident he will make a valuable contribution. And welcome to Steve and Michael whose proven track records are poised to take Big Red Sales to even greater success in 2017, and beyond.”
