Entry Rules & Regulations

1. The ERT Industry Awards are open to proprietors and managers of any electrical retail outlet, distributor or manufacturer in the UK.

2. Employees of Taylist Media, Intellect, Retra, CIH, Ruach and Synovate Retail Performance are not eligible to enter the Awards.

3. Entries can be made online at www.ERTonline.co.uk; or mailed to Anna Liddle, The ERT Industry Awards 2010, Taylist Media, 5th Floor, Congress House, Lyon Road, Harrow, Middlesex, HA1 2EN.

4. Copyright clearance for all images supplied should be obtained before including any video, stills or other materials in support of your entry. Any photos submitted with entries automatically become the property of ERT to be used in promotions for the ERT Industry Awards. Please note that entries will not be returned after judging.

5. Multiple entries for different categories is permitted.

6. The closing date for entries is Wednesday, September 1st, 2010.

7. Entries will be judged on the criteria stated in ERT and on ERTonline.co.uk website.

8. Finalists will be announced in the September issue of ERT magazine and online and the winners announced at the event on the 7th October 2010. 

9. Each finalist must be willing to attend or send a representative to the awards ceremony on Thursday, October 7, 2010 at the Renaissance Chancery Court Hotel, High Holborn in London; and may be asked to participate in promotional activities in the magazine and online.

10. The winners will be presented with a trophy  and certificate as winners in their category.

11. No cash alternative will be made available for this prize.

12. The judges’ decision is final.
