Independent Blog - Graham Knight
26 March 2010

A couple of weeks ago in Knightline I wrote about the improvement in service I had noticed when visiting Comet and at DSGi stores.

Unfortunately some customers from both firms have not been so well served and their grievances have sparked huge stories in the press. I have commented on them in the current issue of  ERT.

In the words of the politicians, there are obviously “lessons to be learned” so as to avoid stories like these appearing on the internet.  Unfortunately they will now stay there for years and years.

They say all publicity is good publicity but in this case I think not – especially when the original press stories get repeated by websites that belong to The Times  and The Daily Mail.
