Britannia is to unveil an exclusive UK distribution deal with premium Italian cooker brand Bertazzoni at this year’s kbb Birmingham show.

“We’re always looking for opportunities to grow the Britannia Living offering and the Bertazzoni brand is the perfect partner to further strengthen our portfolio in the built-in and range cooker market,” said Britannia Living sales and marketing director Henneke Duistermaat.

“We love the strong brand identity of Bertazzoni and we’re proud and excited to have it on board.”

The Bertazzoni built-in range offers a variety of choices from steam ovens and microwaves to coffee makers and warming drawers.

Its hobs listings includes various combinations of gas and wok burners (with individually controlled inner and outer rings); induction zones and an electric stainless steel and griddle in the same hob.

Bertazzoni chief executive Paolo Bertazzoni said: “Britannia’s reputation in sales and marketing, service and logistics has been integral to our decision to partner with them. We are looking forward to developing the brand together in the UK.”

A selection of appliances from the Bertazzoni range will be on display on the Britannia Living stand (stand number: H93) at kbb Birmingham from 4 to 7 March.
